Hearts Afire: passion, heartbreak and true love
The talented women of SDWC are at it again! Join us for Hearts Afire, a love-themed cabaret featuring solo, duo and small ensemble acts by San Diego Women’s Chorus members. Journey through the ups and downs of love with song selections from Adele, Carole King, Sara Bareilles, Johnny Cash, Sondeheim, Cyndi Lauper, Taylor Swift, Gershwin and more. You don’t want to miss this one night only event. If you haven’t been to one of our cabarets yet, you’re in for a real treat!

Be sure to arrive early to hang out with your friends and enjoy the fabulous shenanigans of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Complimentary coffee and water will be provided, and donations are encouraged for our delicious array of appetizers, beer and wine.

You’ll have the chance to bid on amazing silent auction baskets and pick-your-prize opportunity drawing selections. Prizes include a Padres basket with tickets to Out at the Park, a Keurig brewer package, Starbucks goodies, a spa facial and more! The event is our last big fundraiser for our GALA Festival Travel Fund and all proceeds go towards our goal to raise $20,000 to help with expenses to send our contingent to the once-every-four-years GALA Chorus Festival in Denver this July.

Tickets for Hearts Afire start at just $20 ($25 for reserved table seating). VIP packages available, which include premium seating and food, drink and raffle tickets. Seating at the venue is limited, so buy your tickets early!
